Message	With 25 years in the auto body business my experiences is that The broken oil pan is going to push the car over the limit .The insurance company does not want to ever get stuck paying over value so if its any where near close they will total it with possible engine damage .You can always talk to the claim rep to keep the car .Every insurance company and state have different rules about salvage titles .
